Once again, we are among the best employers in the German-speaking world. In the latest BEST RECRUITERS study, we achieved 3rd place in Austria in the “Industry” category, making us the top-ranked company in Tyrol. We are particularly pleased with our progress compared to last year – instead of the bronze seal, we have been awarded the silver seal for 2025/26.

Each year, the study analyses more than 1,200 companies across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The evaluation is based on 330 criteria spanning the entire application process. These include the quality and timeliness of responses to applicants, the content and usability of the career website, the company’s social media presence and the design of job postings, all of which are factored into the overall result.

This positive development is also reflected on kununu, where we have been awarded the Top Company seal for the fifth consecutive year. With a score of 4.0, a recommendation rate of 81% and 1,399 stars across 152 reviews, STIHL Tirol is regarded as a highly rated employer.
