STIHL Tirol sets a course for the future – annual press conference

How can a production site respond to shifting market conditions while simultaneously driving innovation and strengthening corporate culture? At this year’s annual press conference on 8 May 2025 at the Langkampfen site, STIHL Tirol reviewed developments from the past year and outlined the company’s next steps.

Managing Director Jan Grigor Schubert responded to questions from the media, focusing on developments such as the successful transition to SAP S/4HANA, the launch of highly automated assembly lines and new strategic partnerships with regional universities. The company’s clear commitment to its employees was also discussed, for example providing a voluntary bonus and accolades such as the “We are inclusive” award.

Embracing the maxim “From Change Comes Strength”, STIHL Tirol emphasised its commitment to future-oriented decision-making, even in the face of constant change, to secure the company’s long-term competitiveness
